 Hello friends,

How have you been? It is a long time since last hop. We are doing a blog hop To support bees and to raise public awareness of the importance of bees and apicultural products. Generally, we used to do the hop on World Bee Day but we are late this year. You can still find out more about these buzzzzy critters and their importance in our environment, please check the link below.

Here is my card for this year! Honeybees are fascinating and it’s amazing how much we can learn from a tiny insect. if we all lived our lives with the simplicity of purpose that bees use in their hive, we could improve our world …one day at a time!

Jane's Doodles blog hop June' 22

 Hello Friends,

New stamp sets, In the garden and I dig you,  at Jane's doodles is all about gardening. I am a hardcore gardener. I have a huge garden space. Mostly they are decorative plants, medicinal trees and few fruit trees. Lately I have started growing vegetables too so I can relate to these sets very well.

I have used In the garden set for both the projects.

Yes, they are not cards...:)
First one is a plaque painted on a wood slice. I, first painted the slice with 2 coats of jesso and 2 coats of white chalk paint. This helps in sealing and smoothing out the  surface as well which allows better stamping. I stamped the image with archival ink and colored it using inktense water color pencils which are permeant after drying. The big leaves in the sides is stamped with memento luxe pigment ink for permanency!

Second one is a small canvas mounted on a wooden base. It was easy to work on this one because the surface is even.

Here also i used archival ink for stamping and inktense pencils for coloring. sky is done with acrylic paints.

I love when I can use my card making supply for diy home d├ęcor.

I hope you like the way i used the stamps. Trick is selecting proper stamping ink and coloring medium.

Let's start hopping to see what other designers have made. Leave comment on each stop to enter to win a stamp set/die or stencil  of your choice.

There is also 35% off through Sunday!(no code needed)

Jane's Doodle April Blog Hop

Hello Friends,

Jane's Doodles is releasing Some goodies including stand alone die!...Yaay! I am excited to be the part of blog hop for the following items :

Oh Baby!

Stripe Stencil

Grass Die

Unfortunately, I haven't received the grass die yet so I am using stamp and stencil for today's post.

As, we all know that Jane's stamps are super cute. Oh Baby set is no exception. Various images are fun to color and can work with many different supplies. I love geometric designs so stripe stencil is my favorite from the release.

Here is my first card.

I have used embossing paste with stripe stencil for making partial background. I stamped images on colored card stock and embossed them in white. Bunting banners and few embellishments gives the final touch to the design.

Second card is for boy so I have used various blue inks to create plaids with the same stripe stencil.

Such a versatile stencil, isn't it?

There is 35% off on everything through the weekend! No code required.
One lucky winner from all the blogs will be eligible to receive a stamp set.

Here is the blog order

Jane's Doodles blog hop

 Hello Friends,

I am super excited as I am back with Jane's Doodles. During pandemics, mails were unpredictable so I had to pause for a while. Now, it looks like everything is going back to normal and hopefully will stay like that.

In today's blog hop, we are releasing two stamp sets Iris and Happy Day .

My first card uses Iris set. It is a beautifully illustrated set. Coloring Iris flower was really fun as each petal is different. I have used copic markers for coloring.

Second card with Happy Day set.

That is such a cute one. Isn't it?

There is another new set - Spring Picnic added to the store. It is for Easter.

There is 25% off on all the stamps. The deal is valid thorough weekend! One winner will be announced on Monday who will get a set of her choice.
So keep hopping!

Here is the hop order for you!
