Blog Hop @ Jane's Doodles

Hi friends,

We, @ Jane's Doodles are having a blog hop for the latest release. There are 5 stamp sets which are released. Have a look :

All Occasions

Angels

Bear Hugs

Free As A Bird

Hibiscus

Aren't they gorgeous? I Love the fresh look and themes of the sets.

My first card feature Bear Hugs.

That image is just adorable. Various sentiments enable you to use it for different occasions i.e friendship, thank you, valentine/love etc. Combine it with holiday sentiments and and it will become a perfect Christmas card .

Second card uses Hibiscus set. It is a perfect summer time motif. The flowers are fun to color and they come in so many shades.

I have used water colors to color them. Highlight is added using colored pencils. It took me quite a while to color these but happy with the end result.

Third project is gift card holders/envelopes foe new born babies. Love these fun, little angels with the cutest smiles.

For the sentiment, I have used all occasions set. I cut the 'You are awesome' sentiment and used just 'You are' to pair with blessed. Because the fonts are same they goes well with each other. Love the clean fonts of this sentiment set.

I Hope you like this release and I inspired you to go and grab them.

There is 30% off sale  @ Jane's Doodles till Thursday. From all the blogs, there will be one randomly selected winner who will get a free stamp set of her choice. So please leave comment on all the blogs to enter to win!

Masculine cards

Hi friends,

I am sharing 2 masculine cards, today!
First one is made using Altenew Cube Builder Stencil, Lil Inker 'DAD" die  and technique Tuesday die.

Second card uses Glorious Glob Basics Stamps and dies. This is very interesting concept. Once you buy basic stamp set and die, every month they come up with mini stamp set to go with your basic stamp and die. Really affordable way to get more out of supply.

The globe motif is so versatile that it can be used for multiple occasions' card just by changing the sentiment. I am loving this set a lot.
Hope you enjoyed these. Hugs.

Friendship is strength

Hi there,

I am sharing a card which I made according to client's brief. The brief was simple... for a friend who is always there for me and she has blue hair. This stamp set Special Bond is  by Unity Stamp Company was a perfect fit with that beautiful sentiment. I used copic markers to color the image.

As you know, pattern papers and layering is not my strong points but I like the Indigo Hill pattern papers by Pinkfresh Studio so much that I had to use them. Love how this card turned out. It has lots of dimension as i used foam tape to mount those layers.

That is all for today! Se you soon!

Lemonade Sun

Hi friends,

This summer is really harsh. Temperature is soaring and I can't think of anything other than watermelons and lemonades. Yesterday was so hot and humid that even  the sun needed to cool down so it beamed down to drink some lemonade....:P

Fun! Isn't it? I have used Jane's Doodles Life is good and rain or shine stamp set.

Chase your dreams

Hi friends,

I am sharing a floral card today! I got this stamp set Fleur 2 by Pinkfresh quite some time ago but this crazy summer and unexpected social events are keeping me away from crafting. This is a large set consisting of many images of flowers and branches. I love it's delicate, whimsical feel. I made this card for my student, a sweet girl who went to Australia for further studies in Architect. She is a girl with million dreams who is very close to me. I wish all her dreams come true!

The sentiment is from Word series - Believe stamp set. This is a very versatile stamp set which gives you many options for one of a kind sentiments. I colored the florals using Tomboy dual pens. The images are very delicate so brush tip of tombow pen gives me better control than water colors.

I have few more ideas using this set. Hoping to make and post soon.
Thank you for stopping by!
