Mother's Day ABC's Bloom
Due to delay from manufacturer, mother's day set couldn't released earlier but you can see how versatile all the sentiments are ( except one) ! Fonts and sizes are just perfect! Second set is ABC's.
Once again, size of the letters are on the spot, small enough to use in the background and big enough to form sentiment.
For my first card, I have used ABC's and Mother's day set to create a card for Father's day....told you...it is versatile...:)
The background is created with ABC set. I used same letters to emboss DAD on blue CS. Main sentiment is from Mother's day set.
For the second card, I have used Bloom set. These are large blooms, fun to play with and easy to color. Even fussy cut was super easy.
I stamp-mask-stamp on 5x7" white panel. I colored the blooms with mission gold water colors. I chose muted colors to give vintage feel to the card. I fussy cut the top part of the panel. I also painted some stripes in metallic golden color on the base card. I used foam sheet under the panel to give it some dimension. The leaves resting on striped part are fussy cut and tucked under the raised panel.
I hope you can see the layers. I had so much fun making these cards.
